If I paid for an order at a cash-only merchant, can I get reimbursed?

Postmates does not support cash only merchants. If you arrive at the pickup and discover that you can’t use your PEX card and are being asked to use your own cash, please tap ‘Help’ on the delivery screen and cancel the delivery. Do not use your own funds under any circumstances. We do not support reimbursements requests.
